Associate analysts will be a part of the operations team at XL Dynamics India Pvt Ltd. The primary duty of Associate analyst will be to respond to customer queries promptly and accurately to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiries promptly and accurately via online chat
Providing excellent customer service and support to clients
Knowledge of and adherence to SLA guidelines and protocol to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage work effectively.
Maintaining accurate and complete records of customer interaction and transactions
Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and meet team goals.
Escalating customer issues to the appropriate department as necessary
Staying up-to-date with company process and industry trends
Participate in ongoing training and development program to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
