- Preparation of Qualification document regarding HVAC.
- Timely closure of QMS document.
- To ensure filter cleaning of AHUs, APUs, Dehumidifier, RLAF/LAF and dust
- Preparation of QMS documents in HEPA validation process.
- To take active participate in HEPA validation, instrument calibration and temp mapping
- To maintain the service area as per regulatory requirement.
- Maintain relevant documents like log books, formats and schedule as per SOP.
- To check the operation and maintenance of Air Handling Unit, Air Processing Unit, Dehumidifier, Dust collector unit etc.
- To maintain labelling system in service area as per SOP.
- To prepare & implement existing SOP, new SOP and maintain compliance.
- Preparation of calibration, validation, and temperature mapping protocol.
- To maintain ISO documentation and safety related training.
