- Portfolio Management: To ensure steady pipeline of products in line with strat plan, TA / Growth strategy objectives :
- Drive product selection across various buckets
- Drive product selection for key EMs and establish process to ensure EM requirements are built into the overall delivery process.
- Establish seamless process to work with multiple cross location CFTs
- Projects prioritization for optimization and allocation of resources.
- Risk management and mitigation for a balanced/winning portfolio for each market cluster.
- Drive the ideation effort for along with countries & Marketing CoE:
- Bridge the portfolio gaps in Key TAs
- Drive and establish processes for deep market insights in order to better understand customer and product needs in target geography
- Drive Therapy wise Idea generation by conducting ideathons, CFT workshops & KoL surveys.
- Working with countries to arrive at commercial potential, review and validate business cases
- Drive the processes for product selections
- Strategy deployment :
- Ensure the review process of portfolio management to ensure desired outcomes – Product development & dossier filing
- Working on thematic issues
- Tech transfer of products for key markets
- Product Management: SPoC for all market facing needs with PLC management for all products critical to the success
- Review product journey along with CHs to establish product strategy plan for execution (Cost play, Supply play, FGTL, Line extension introduction, additional strengths etc.)
- Trigger and drive Cost Improvement Programs to ensure cost leadership requirements to sustain business
- Annual Budget Management for Portfolio Delivery - Rationalize and finalize the Annual Budget, Regularly review the actual expenses to ensure no. and Quality of delivery vs spend is justified.
- Programme Management: To ensure timely filings and successful registration in Emerging Markets to resolve process/ capability/accountability challenges.
- People Management - Personal and professional development of the team to optimize productivity, promote professional growth & learning.
