Responsibility:

The recruiting, interviewing, and screening responsibilities of HR recruiters can be further broken down by daily responsibilities, which include:

• Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
• Screening resumes on Job Portals
• Performing phone interviews with candidates
• Administering appropriate company assessments
• Performing reference and background checks
• Making recommendations to company hiring managers
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
• Following up on the interview process status
• Maintaining relationships both internally and candidates to ensure staffing goals are achieved
• Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
• Completing timely reports on employment activity

Eligibility Criteria:

• Only B.com or MBA(HR) (2017,2018,2019 and 2020 passed-outs only) and Immediate joiners.
• Candidates who are still pursuing/having backlogs are not eligible.
• Decent communication skills.
• Position: HR Recruiter (IT & NON-IT)
• CTC: 1.38 Lakh Per Annum + Performance based incentives every month
• Candidates who are staying very far from Kukatpally are not eligible to apply.
