Sourcing quality profiles for the open IT and Non-IT positions with clients. (Job Portal Monster, Dice, Career builder, LinkedIn)

• Briefing the candidates about the job profile, salary package, organization, etc.
• Screening, filtering, and shortlisting resumes according to client specifications.

• Coordinating with Candidates coming for the interview and follow-up.

• Attending the meeting whenever required.

Have to achieve the targets set by the manager. • Sending daily activity reports to the Reporting manager.
